With SP3, SQL Server should work correctly. You might have some troubles
with XML support and some other related services (Search, IIS), due to
security orientation of Windows 2003. In Win 2003 there are many services
not installed by default. You can always add them through Add Windows
Components console (Control Panel - Add / Remove Programs).
