Msde fail install

hi, using sql2kdesksp3

when i launch the setup file, the install begind then proceed to a rollback.
the setup log file returns a code error 3 on

TempFolder Property is C:\WINNT\TEMP\
Source Dir Property is C:\WINNT\TEMP\SqlSetup\Temp
NoRebootConnectRepl returned: 3
en action 09:50:32 : InstallFinalize. value sent : 3.
Action 09:50:32 : Rollback. cancel action

any idea ?
