I have never been able to get these directions to work on
a client computer. Doing a REGSVR32 on SQLDMO.DLL just
fails saying it needs a million other files from the 80
\Tools\Binn directory. The only way to install SQL-DMO
is to install the Tools, either through SQL Server setup
or through MSDE setup.
