Good luck. :-) Unless you've got a vanilla RTM or exact SP installation,
the information is kind of scattered all over the place.
Did you look at the link I posted? It is a result of countless hours of
scouring and collecting various references to obscure patches and
hotfixes... including the links to download them, or at least the fact that
they are available through product support.
