SQL 2000 Standard ed. that includes sp3 updates?

Is there a cd/download of SQL Server 2000 Standard which already includes the
sp3/a updates? So you don't need to apply sp3/a after doing the install? If
so, does it also include sp3/a for Analysis Services? Thanks!
