Seen this but can't remember the fix

I need to install the Client Tools on my XP Workstation fomr the SQL 2000
disk. I get the 16bit Subsystem error message about Autoexec.nt is not
suitable for running DOS applicationa s and such. WHat was the workaround for
that?
