Hi, not sure what I'm doing wrong but I thought I could use this tool to
connect to my clients database(s) for support. I have tried both the IIS
radio button and the Personal Server radio button as well.

However, when I try to connect to a client off-site it doesn't allow me
access. In the first field I am entering "domainname\administrator" then I
am entering the password and lastly the IP of the machine that has SQL
running.

Am I missing a step? It works for connecting to "(local)" on my notebook
but that doesn't help when we need to support MSDE clients.
