We have a development server we use with SQL2K SE sp3a on a WIN2K server.
Is there any down side to installing the SQL2005 beta (MSDN) on this server
(also) to begin looking at & "playing with" this new version? It's not a
critical server and I'd like to get a look at the new features, but I don't
want to lose my SQL2K installation.

Thanks
