Hello George

Error 32 means "The process cannot access the file because it is being used
by another process." I would check to see if there are any processes using
SQLDMO.DLL. I believe that this process is typically used by 3rd party
backup software products. So if you have any backup software installed, you
may want to stop or disable it for the duration of the install.
