This is proceeded by message 17833. This is a severity 1 message, which
means that it is informing you that I/Os are taking longer than expected.
There are several entries in the KB on this error. (Alas, my connection to
the Microsoft site just dropped, so I am not being able to copy the numbers
to you. Search the KB for "Scheduler 0 appears to be hung".)
