Did you try using:

Select DISTINCT Derived.* into DestinationT FROM
( select EvClassDesc,
        STime,
        substring(Textdata,patindex('%exec%',Textdata),217) as [TextData],
        objid
 from OriginalT
 where objid = 1111111 and EvClassDesc = 'SP:Star') Derived
... (untested)
