restore a SQL7 user DB to a SQL2k DB

hi;

need to backup a user db in SQL 7 (Win2K Adv Svr) and then restore it bck to
SQL2000 Std Ver ( W2k Server).

  How best to go abt doing it ? DB size is abt 1GB. need to bring over the
Master also ??
