Navision/Great Plains data dictionary

I will be writing stored procedures for custom financial reporting needs at my company. Does anyone know if there is a data dictionary available for Navision/Great Plains? Some table info is scattered around in Help, but I'm hoping to find it all in one document to use as reference. Column descriptions are what I'm after most.
