Thank you for your update.
Could you please tell me why you cannot run dbcc checkdb to check the all
the database in your SQL Server? From your information provided, the error
message you encountered indicates that there might be some corruption in
your database. We should check all the database by DBCC CHECKDB and we
should restored the database from a good backup.
