I meant YOU should open a case with PSS. They would need to deal directly with you to figure out what is wrong. Since I don't see anything wrong in the output you listed there is nothing more I can do.

I don't see anything wrong in these traces so I am not sure what is going on. I would double check to ensure the /3GB switch is in fact set correctly. If so you may want to open a case with MS PSS.
