SQL 2000 Enterprise Installation

Hi,
  I'm trying to isntall SQL sever 2000 enterpise on a Dell PowerEdge 2650
running windows 2000 server (servicepack 4) but I'm having problems
installing the server components. This is the message I get when I try to
install the server tools:
"Microsoft SQL Server Enterprise Edition Server Component is not supported
on this operating system. Only client components will be available for
installation."
  Just out of curiosity, I installed windows 2000 server on a regular PC and
I had no problem installing the SQL 2000 enterprise server tools on that
machine.
 I've tried looking for help on the microsoft support website for SQL but so
far haven't had any luck. Can somebody kindly point me in the right
direction. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
