Saving grid results to file

How can you save QA output which have grid results to file ? It seems easy
to save text results to file. I know if i change to display "results to
text", it will solve my problem, but i had accidentally ran it in grid
format and there are multiple select statements and those results are what I
need to save to text file..through file -> save . I guess its not
possible...
