It depends. If your database is the only thing on the drive, I'd just do a
SQL Server backup, drop the database, rebuild the disk array and then
restore from backup. If you have other stuff on the disks, then shut down
all SQL Server related services, backup the disks, rebuild and xcopy them
back. Start up the services and you're done.
