Billy:

There is one mystery left for me. The issue is that I want to use
Enterprise Manager to create a new column. This column should not accept
nulls. I want to assign a user defined default to the column. In
Enterprise Manager, I get an error trying to perform this action. However,
buth Kalen and I have performed this action in the past with no error. That
leads me to believe that there is either a bug or some kind of configuration
discrepancy in Enterprise Manager. I would love to be able to confirm this.
