Hi Charles,
Ohh.. Ok.
I guess there is some misunderstanding.
Let me ask you one query
When we are applying the snapshot from UNC path/CD, for a web sychronized
subscription, do the subscriber needs to be online/connected to the
publisher?
Is it possible to apply the snapshot by totally disconnecting the client
from internet for example while he is travelling where he has the CD with
snapshot but no connection at all to internet or database server?
Now coming to your replies:
1. Yes, I do not have any issue with file size of .sch file.
2. I am ok with creation of Temp files as long as those are created from UNC
path not from the web server.
3-4 These I tried to prove that either the files are downloaded form the
server or we need to have connection to the web server.
Please let me know if some where my understading is not correct or i need to
change my code or some settings.
Once again thanks for your support.

Hi Prafull,.
I have replied you to all of your posts yesterday. However we just found
that there are synchronization issue for our internal tool. All of our
replies to MSDN Managed newsgroup cannot be synchronized from yesterday. I
just send this response via IE.
The following is my response sent yesterday:

Hi Prafull,
1. The file with the postfix ".sch" refers to schema not data. It is
expected to apply the table
schemas to the subscriber. You may refer to the section "Snapshot Agent" in
this article,
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms151734.aspx.
However for .sch files, they are usually small and should not impact your
network, so you
need not worry about downloading those schema files via UNC.
2. Generating temp files during the process is by design and undocumented.
Though they
are generated, this behavior should not bring any impact on netwrok load.
3-4. Could you please let me know why you wanted to disable the web
synchronization and why you removed the network cable? Can I understand that
the web synchronization was actually not successfully established before?

We appologize for bringing you any inconvenience due to our internal tools
synchronization issue. Meanwhile if this issue is urgent to your business, I
