Transient Error Replicating to ODBC destination

We have a Snapshot replication setup replicating to SQLBase using SQLBase
7.0.1 ODBC drivers.
After a server migration, and rebuilding these jobs, I'm finding that we
are getting an error like
The process could not create file
'D:\Databases\MSSQL\ReplData\unc\ACLUKSVR05_CASEDIST2I_CASEDIST2I\20080414050005\HUSHKIT_144.bcp'
due to OS error 2.
Now the issue here is that it fails on different places.
If I restart the distribution agent, the replication sometimes goes
through. Sometimes it doesn't.
What is OS Error 2? I can't find it anywhere!!!
If someone could advise how to pin this down, I'd really appreciate it.
