Thanks for your response.
Unfortunately by now I have not received the response from the product
team. Per my research, it seems impossible to establish internet anonymous
merge replication in SQL Server 2005. However since this issue is not
documented and I could not get the confirmation from the product team, in
this case, it is recommended that you contact Microsoft Customer Support
Services (CSS) via telephone so that a dedicated Support Professional can
assist you recover the server in a more efficient manner. Please be advised
that contacting phone support will be a charged call.
