You'll need to initially have a synced up system - publisher and subscriber.
You can use backup and restore for this. Each constraint should be set as
NFR, and the identity ranges will need partitioning to avoid conflicts. The
subscriptions are set with @sync_type = N'none' as well as
@loopback_detection = 'true'
