this is a big question :) In BOL you'll see a list of the new replication
functionality, so it really depends on whether you'll need to take advantage
of it. IMHO it'd be best to wait for SQL 2005 because even the base
functionality is improced - trace tokens, unidirectional merge is improved
etc.
