Have a look in BOL at publishing to heterogenous
subscribers. If the DSN is created at the distributor, it
should appear when you enable the subscriber (right click
on the replication monitor, distributor properties,
subscribers, new, odbc data source...).
Alternatively, you could achieve the same aim using DTS
or linked servers from within SQL Server.
