Not sure this is possible with SSMS diagramer tool. Get a real one from a
third party if you want good design app. Visio is on the low end, I use
Embarcadero ERStudio.

Hello
I use SQL server 2008 but I have found the same problem in SQL server
2005.
I have the Northwind database and if I create a database diagram for this
database
it doesn't show any information about which column is the foreign key in
the diagram.
It does show which column is the primary key.
When I have the diagram I can right klick on a table in the diagram so
table view is displayed.
In this small dialog I can choose between Standard,ColumnNames, Keys,
NameOnly,Custom and
ModifyCustom.
I have tried all of these and neither will mark any sign on the diagram
about which
columns is the foreign keys.
It seems to me that I have to use my pencil on the diagram paper that I
will print.
Can somebody tell me if it's possible to use some setting so the foreign
key is marked on the database diagram
//Tony
