Why don't you buy some of my books, rather than ask me to post them in a Newsgroup?
Well it makes more sense this way, it is cheaper. And then we don't have to wade through all the garbage to find the few useful items that are there.
You are asking for a complete RDBMS education in a newsgroup!
Actually no, the guy isn't. He asked some straight forward questions to which you can reply or not.
Huge conceptual error; rows are nothing like records. You are still
in a file system mindset.
Oh yes they are! And until you accept the obvious regarding terminology, it is you who has the conceptual error. I can almost guarantee the rest of understand totally what this guy is on about and only you seem to have this problem.
Again, all of my research and opinions are in my books.
Well that is a matter of opinion also :-)
