I feel for you Tony :)

This really sucks. I've done everything possible to fix this, and get
nowhere. The most disappointing thing about it is that I called support,
and was shuffled around so much that I gave up. After that, I decided to
post in this newsgroup since I'm a MSDN subscriber and this is a managed
newsgroup. Its been a few weeks now, and I still have no resolution, so I
guess that I'm about ready to give up here as well. MS, are you reading
this??? Its waaaaaaaaay past your 72 hour guarantee here...

Is your app running on a Windows Load Balancing Service web farm? Thats the
only thing that I can think of that might cause this - yet even that doesn't
make sense.

If I figure anything out, I'll post it here for you to benefit from.
