Thanks. I went in there and I found the Auditing level set to None which
explains why I was not receiving any errors. I set the Auditing to all and
errors were logged during an attempt to populate. It turns out that it was
failing per the Built in Administrator account not existing.

and repopulating I now have 10 items in my Item Count :)

The Help was Greatly Appreciated. I would have never found the Auditing
levels without your help.
