Wingenious, one of the things I value most about this public forum is the
different viewpoints. Participants are free to jump in and offer
suggestions and opinions as they see fit. Readers can evaluate the relative
merits and decide for themselves based on the information presented.
Unfortunately, communication style sometimes get in the way of otherwise
good information. I've learned that even the brashest of responses can
contain good information so I try to be thick-skinned, even though it's
easier to get defensive and close my mind. IMHO, this is the best way go
grow professionally.
I expect that Galore will evaluate the practices presented in this thread
and determine which are best for his/her situation.
