Depends. Most of the time they have screwed everything up! I know when I
was much more naive I did screw up everything, and I am glad for people that
told me so. And now I see the very same mistakes over and over again by
people who need to be yelled at some.

I agree that Joe could chill and be nicer, but hey, he has earned the right
to be annoying, and we all have the right to ignore it! I for one will
listen to you, him, and all of the other people I really respect looking for
stuff that I still do wrong.
