Question about Query Analyzer

I'm noticing that in Query Analyzer's "Recent File List" on the File
menu, it's not showing recently-used files but rather files I used
several weeks ago. Maybe some INI file or registry entry is no longer
getting updated? Any ideas? Thanks.
