How do I schedule a "non-SQL" vbscript for execution

Hi,

I want to take advantage of the SQL Server Scheduler to execute a script
that will manipulate some tables in a database, send an email, etc.
Possibly execute an ASP script.

Is this a problem with the scheduler?
