I would like to follow up on this issue and see if any progress has been
made.
As you have called in and ask for the technical support from Microsoft
directly, I wonder if there is any headway made on this issue. If
convenient, could you provide me with the case ID so that I can check the
case status and update the thread for Community Benefits?
