I understand the meta data flow is one way from BIDS to the Server.
Create new project using Import Analysis Services 9.0 Database template,
and the new project will import meta data of each object from the server.

I have a "disconnected" BI Studio project for my SSAS database. While I was
in the Management Console, I converted a write-back partition into a
regular
partition. When I go back into the BI Studio, the cube says it still has a
writeback partition. Deploying is a one-way street (project -> server).
How can I refresh the project with any changes made on the server or do I
have to create a new project every time I want the latest version of the
server objects?
