Aggregation Design Wizard

I am doing Microsoft Lab "Service Analysis".

When I do step 9 (Design Storage) steps e/f
e. On the Set Aggregation Options page, click Performance gain reaches;
in the Performance gain reaches % box, type "20".
f. Click the Start button. Wait for the wizard to complete designing
aggregations and then click Next.

When I press the 'Start' button I keep getting this message -
(Aggregation Design Wizard)
<A connection cannot be made. Ensure that the server is running. To
restart the process, resolve the problem and then click start.>

I can access Analysis Services from SMS. I have tried all I could after
searching the internet.

Could anyone please help me.
