Restoring data files

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

Hi,
I need to restore an AS db but only have the files that sit in the Data
folder. I have no Repository or handy cab file as this was on my local pc
and unfortunately not backed up - I know - stupid me!

Is there any way to restore from just the data files?

Thanks!
Paul
