1. Measures and calculated members are not in the same folder in the cube
editor, so I do not think this i possible. The order of measures and
calculated members depends on the client you use. In ProClarity professional
6.0 they will be listed in alphabetic order by their names.
2. Use the visibility property of the measures and set them to hidden. This
means that no one can see the base measures irregardless of the role they
are mapped to.
