To get more CPU usage, use the Parallel Process Utility (PPU) at:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=a2eef773-6df7-4688-8211-e02cf13cbdb4&DisplayLang=en
On a 4X you should be able to do 3 or 4 requests in parallel.
