Usually that falls in the domain of the front-end MDX query tool. Good
query tools respect that multiple hierarchies should be treated as
mutually exclusive items (they don't have to be...but they should be).
It's sad that Microsoft did not include this in their own browser in
Analysis Manager...but their own browser is just after thought that we
are lucky to have at all.
