msmdcb.ocx to load in vb 6.0 project

Hi for All;
please, i search this control wich spelled msmdcb.ocx because i can't load
it and whike trying, ti receive this message"control could'nt be loaded.
notice that this problem occurs after intalling sp3a for sql server2000.
