Hi,

Please check the application event log especially for 128 entries, it could
be that this server is restarting\crashing\restarting etc.

If that is true will AS never be up and running and is it not possible to
connect. Try stopping AS if that fit and rename the analysis
server\Data\database folder, start AS, and do a full process of the AS
databases.
