Issue Working Offline with Linked SQL Tables

I have a small Access 2003 database with local tables and a few linked tables
to SQL Server. I want to be able to work on the application offline, but
everytime I open Access (not try to use the linked tables) I recieve the
following error:
Microsoft SQL Server Login
Connection failed:
SQLStat: '01000'
SQL Server Error: 11001
[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][TCP/IP Sockets]ConnectionOpen
(Connect()).
Connection failed:
SQLState: '08001'
SQL Server Error: 6
[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][TCP/IP Sockets]Specified SQL server
not found.
Isn't there a way to work offline with linked SQL tables?
Any help would be appreciated. I've searched all of MSDN and cannot find
how to set up an offline work arrangement with SQL tables.
