Cannot Initialize SSPI Package

Hi,

I really appreciate if someone could help me because the problem has already
been pending for few weeks and I am still not able to solve it.

By the way, the error message "Cannot Initialize SSPI Package" and "Cannot
Generate SSPI Context" the same ?

I have an ASP application with SQL as database, it is two tiers architecture
where SQL and IIS server are at different box, below is the summary that I
have done :-

I believe the error is at IIS box instead of SQL box, however, I do not have
any custom Security.dll at IIS box so I believed it is not the cause.
Really appreciate if someone could guide.
