SQL "Linked Server" to FoxPro problem

If I select more than 1000 record from my FoxPro 5.0 database using
Query Analyzer or Enterprise Manager I get the following message: "Error
converting data type DBTYPE_DBDATE to datetime"

This is configured as a "Linked Server"
