DataDirect sellect Connect for ODBC, which includes a SQL Server Driver,
on most Unix platforms.
Easysoft and OpenLink sell an ODBC-ODBC bridge on Unix.
If you want free, you can try unixODBC or iODBC in combination with
FreeTDS. I'm not sure how compliant their implementation is right now.
