Poor mans clustering - 64 bit box and a 32 bit box - How do you do

Hi
I´ve got a 64 and a 32 bit box
sqlsrv 2000 - 2 locations 60 m apart
How do I disaster secure the master(64 bit) sqlserver
by replication - can you do that with 32 bit and 64
or by log shipping - can you do that???
