insufisient memory for very complexe query with People Soft

Hello,
sorry for my poor engish :
I can't exécute à very complexe query automatiquely make
by People Soft. This Query use 6 tables with no more 80
000 rows each.
When i try to launch, I get this answer from SQL Server
7.3.
Insufisient mémory.
Now I drop the 6 tables and I create it again the table
and I insert the all value.
Now it's OK. Why ? 15 days after I can't execute again.
The one solution I find was to drop table and create again.
Somebody have the same troubles ? Do you have an easy
solution.
I already try maintenance plans and all optimisations I
can find.
