working on sql server

I have developed a website using ASP application.I want to
use Sql server for creating my database.My query is does
SQL server developers edition is sufficient for creating
my database and maintain my website.I want to know the
price details of the developers edition and the licennce
details.
This project will be given to different persons and they
will enter the new data regularly with thir own username
and password.You please help me out in using SQL server
for my web-based databse application.
