cannot select chinese records

Hi all,

I have some problem when selecting records starting with
chinese characters in my SQL Server

All records can be displayed when I type 'Select * from
[Table]', But when I just want to select some chinese
records and I typed 'Select * from [Table] where [Field1]
like '[chinese character]', no records could be dispalyed

Do anyone has the idea?
